Program just keep freezing.

Dear All,

About 3 months ago I purchased MAGIX Edit Pro Premium 2021 / 2022 software.

It did work just fine - until a software update.

From that point the program just froze and couldn't save the finished video(s).

Back and forth with MAGIX support to solve the issue, then the MAGIX support manager just admitted " I don't know what is / are the problem(s), will forward it to the software engineer ".

And that was the last I ever heard from them. ( at list 4 weeks ago)

They don't even reply to any email requests any more, not to mention when I asked for my money back.

Has anyone experienced the same / similar technical (software) problem ?

Does anybody have some solution or maybe a reliable contact MAGIX ?

I'm very disappointed with MAGIX at this stage.

Hello, Welcome

You could reset program to default as follows, File>Settings>Reset Program Settings.

Can you revert to previous update, roll back, or uninstall using free Revo uninstall software which also removes remnants from registry and re-install without latest update?
