Windows version and is it up to date? Press and hold down the Windows key and the R key - in the dialog that opens type in winver and press enter.

Audio and/or video file formats being imported
Export format and settings used
MediaInfo data on audio or video - see below
If you have issues with importing audio or video please use to analyse a problem clip and post the results from the Text view in MediaInfo

We need more information as detailed above, also include the resolution and format of the video on the timeline and any other information that may be useful eg did this slowdown occur after a Windows update?

That is the information we need. There is no point at all in reposting the information about the format of your files etc., which you have now done three times, unless you also give us the above information.
One thought occurs to me, based on what you have posted: 3840 x 2160 is "higher" than HD. I wonder whether MEP 2014 can cope with such high resolution footage, after all, it is now quite an "old" version.
