Project rendering issue at Vegas18

Hello everyone, I have a problem rendering projects longer than 2-3 minutes in the latest Vegas 18 POST. I have already tried various program settings. All added effects, plugins are from Vegas. And while rendering, a window pops up:

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 (GPU acceleration of video processing: OFF). Dynamic RAM preview max (MB): 200

I don't know what else can I change in the program and Win system settings..
