Before you show the features, have the customer make the selection!!!!!!!!!! Damn it!!!! I uninstall my old version. Purchase this stupid ass upgrade. Go through all this damn trouble because I want a fire in one of my scenes. Stupid ass software doesn't come with anything.

Don't show me one thing, then sell me something else. That is the prominent NEW FEATURE of this damn software. It is very prominent. Then when making the purchase below, I select upgrade because that's what the damn popup ads are telling me to get.

You answered your own question in your first post:

"THIS SUBSCRIPTION IS PACKED WITH MAGIX CONTENT: YOUR LIBRARY FULL OF MUSIC, STOCK FOOTAGE, AND ANIMATION!"

Does the word "SUBSCRIPTION" ring a bell?

You purchased an Upgrade, not a Subscription.

@mkpryor

As @browj2 has pointed out to you, access to that "Magix Content" is offered only to users who choose the subscription method of purchase. In my opinion, the quoted advert is quite clear, though you are not the only person who apparently did not notice this.

I believe you can ask infoservice@magix.net to change you from the annual licence purchase, which you have, to the subscription purchase if you wish to do this.

One further very important point: these are user to user forums whose rules you accepted when you registered here and which are clearly viewable in the footer of any forum page. Rule #1 clearly forbids "coarse language" and "rants" (amongst other things). Please ensure you moderate your language in any further posts you make.

You don't want rants, then fix the product pages so that you don't mislead customers. It's really not my job as you customer to search out loop holes. Magix is trying to make sales, so they did a certain way. I'm saying that way is misleading, and it pisses me off that I wasted my time. The new features, if dependent on an upgrade vs subscription, should have separate pages!!!! I'm not wrong!!! I have my own e-commerce sites, and this is a misleading slight of hand move. Maybe unintentional, but I highly doubt it. Magix has all these new versions but it's the exact same thing. Nothing changes. But they tricked me again!!! If they want to fix this, then they (support) should reach out with a easy solution for me to get the subscription. I want the damn content.

Furthermore, this is valuable feedback. I could go somewhere else to leave poor reviews, this forum should be monitored by support teams to better their service. You want to improve your business, listen to your customers. Sometimes they are pissed off!!! Fix it!!!

@mkpryor

Hi

As has been pointed out to you by @browj2 and @emmrecs the Magix product pages are clear that you need a a Subscription to be able to access the Magix Content - there is nothing misleading about it.

As you have been advised contact Magix at infoservice@magix.net and ask them to change your product from Upgrade to Subscription if you wish.

Alternatively search the Internet for 'fire' clips, there are literally thousand's available for use in videos, both free and for a small fee.

In my previous reply to you I made quite clear that these are user to user forums. There are NO Magix staff here and the company and its products are not ours.

On the contrary, you are wrong. There is no need for separate pages, just a need for one to actually read and comprehend.
