Properly posting music on personal tutorial videos on youtube?

I make tutorial videos on training for Boxing, MMA, & Fitness. I also make my own music using MMM 2004 deLuxe. I seldom use the loops any more but when I do (which I only use the drums), I cut and paste them to re arrange them to make a unique sound with the beat. I then use my own instruments to make the beats and/or songs that I use. My question is, how can I properly clear my use of the MMM 2004 deLuxe software to make the music I am using in my videos, to post them on youtube without compromising the license conditions. And yes, I do intend to monetize my videos through Google AdSense. Also, I do have beats/music that I only produced using MMM 2004 deLuxe using only my instruments and creativity but did not use any loops at all. Will I have to do the same thing to clear those, or do I not need to worry about that? The reason why I am asking is because I cant find the original MMM 2004 deLuxe CD-Rom that has the license conditions on it and I cant find anything on that on the net.

No worries.  You're good to go.  All of the soundpools, up to and including 16, are unrestricted, except you cannot give them away or sell them by themselves "as is".

All of the soundpools from 17 on are limited by the license purchased.

Not using any soundpools, ANYTHING YOU CREATE using the program and the instruments therein belongs to YOU - you own all rights to it.

Great! Thanks for the info Procyon. I actually only use Soundpool 11 and 9 only. So I am safe on this issue. One last thing, would you be able to have a link to the "license conditions" or to something that backs up your feedback? The reason why I am asking, is so that I can clear this issue with youtube since they are asking for a link to the "license terms/conditions". I am assuming, so that youtube can see for them selves that what I submit to them is in fact cleared as I state it'll be. Once again, thank you for your feedback and especially for taking the time to answer my question promptly.

Here's license information for Soundpool 11.

Unfortunately, I can find no online source for the license to Soundpool 9.

You should check the documentation that came with it when you bought it.

In any event, it would read exactly like the one for SP 11.

When you purchased either of these Soundpools, you received the equivalent of the Audio Pro Unlimited license.

Nice! Thanks a lot Procyon! I really appreciate all this info! You've been a lot of help.

Oh, and 1 main problem I have is that I can't find the original documentation, let alone the actual CD-Rom that has the Magix Music Maker 2004 deLuxe license agreement terms in it. I bought it back in 2004 and lost it sometime about 2 years ago. So, I noticed that most of the older stuff came with a higher unlimited license included. So will this be the case with the 2004 MMM? I want to provide youtube a link with that info as well so it minimizes any speculations when submitting my content. They already denied 2 of my videos that I submitted recently, since I couldn't provide them with the license agreement link and they have warned me that repeated submissions that cannot be cleared of the license or rights to my content will cause them to delete my channel and I have a lot of great videos there that I submitted before they started to get really picky about the content being submitted only a few weeks ago (I don't blame them since a lot of people are taking advantage of certain things and especially infringing on copyrighten material). I think this would be the last thing I need help with. Thank you for your time. I truly do appreciate it.

Well, I don't know for sure if it's the same thing as Soundpool 9, but here's the license for Soundpool 2004...

MAGIX sells a Soundpool DVD Collection 9 on their website, but naturally, they provide no license information.  I think it's fair to say it would be exactly the same as buying a soundpool of the same era from CATOOH.  The DVD is the exact same price as buying the Audio Pro Unlimited licensed soundpool from CATOOH.
