PURCHASED MUSIC MAGIX 29 BUT NOW IT SAYS I NEED TO REPURCHASE

I purchased MUSIC MAGIX 29 online and it was working fine and I was able to use more that 8 tracks at a time but when I went to load a project that had more than 8 tracks on it ...it said that I had to buy them so I went to my PURCHASED PRODUCTS and it shows that I purchased it but there was no serial number under it and trying to get InTouch with TECH SUPPORT is very difficult...can anyone help out???

Hi,

Music Maker is free, so what did you actually purchase?
Plus or Premium?

After purchasing, did you put in the serial number (activation code) in Music Maker that you received?

Did you then go under Downloads and download and install everything on the list?

Are you logged in when you open Music Maker?
