I purchased Music Maker Premium and entered the serial number but all I have is a limited tracks Music Maker. I cannot stand this stiff arm mentality from Magix. They say that new purchases and install problems don't have to pay for a voucher but there is NOT a phone number to call. How do I stop the madness and activate to Premium? I will uninstall everything and start over if that will do it. To release unfinished software and hide from your customers is a horrible way to do business. If this doesn't work I am asking for a refund on everything I purchased and will never use Magix software again.
Where, exactly, did you enter this number? It should have been on the screen which asks you to Activate Edition. If so, did you then click on the "Ready" button? With what result?
If you did all the above, did you download and install ALL the additional content that goes with the Premium version?

Yes, I downloaded all the content - I entered the serial number after you click on activate edition (Red Rectangle) on the welcome screen which took me to another screen. On that page at the top is enter serial for a new program. Just below that is entering a serial number for an older version. My new serial is sitting inside the borders of Old serial numbers. I guess I entered the wrong place instead of new at the top. Even after downloading everything it's still just Music Maker 8 tracks basic with all the extras. Does it ever say MMM Premium anywhere? There may be several routes to support but chat would be better than email and phone would be better than chat. They say you don't pay for installation or download problems but there is still not a phone number. Every other company has a phone and chat what made Magix blaze the old telegraph method of communication?
OK I have MMM loaded and all add-ons are working great but for some reason when I try to pull down iZotope Ozone 8 it stops with an error and will not complete. Has anyone heard of this problem?
