Purchasing more tracks

I cannot get my music files to open on my Music Maker Premium Edition 2021 . Pop up comes up requiring me to purchase more tracks. I put in my serial # and nothing happens. I have songs that I've already started and now cannot finish them. Also cannot download the sound loop package that I purchased Pop Rock Replay Complete Bundle. Went to Producer Planet and still cannot get the program to download the package to my sound loops on the program.

As you have already activated the software and I assume downloaded and installed all the Extra content that was unlocked on activation and appeared under the Downloads tab, try logging out of the Store, restart Music Maker and then log back into the Store.
