Puzzling KF display

terrypin wrote on 2/6/2017, 4:38 PM

Normally my MEP 2016 KF area looks like this for selected objects that have KFs applied.

In this example I might click the arrow to the left of 'Image size/position' in order to see its components:

And then I'll click again to close it to the original familiar compact display.

But if I then select any other object on the timeline with KFs, the display is always the expanded one.

Have I missed a setting which controls that behaviour, as it seems incorrect to me?

Hi Terry

I get the same and AFAICS there is no 'auto close' option anywhere.

Thanks John. I've sent report to Support.

BTW, have you ever received the immediate (presumably automatic) acknowledgement promised in the following?

"Thank you for sending your request to MAGIX.
A confirmation email should have already been sent to you. Your request will be reviewed as soon as possible by a MAGIX representative. We aim to answer all requests within 2 business days."

I haven't - much less the '2 business days answer'. I've had no response of any kind to the bug reports I've reported over the last month.

Nor, while I'm in gripe mode, replies to the emails I've sent on several magix.info site bugs. The choice of USA date format here particularly irritates me; what's wrong with the unambiguous '8 Feb 2017' instead of '02/08/2017'? And as for apparenty Ukrainian dates in the Message section...

Hi Terry

I sent in an email yesterday (Tue) with a couple of requests and mentioned the Ukrainian date format issue. I will let you know when I get a reply.
