Hi yall, I wasn't sure how to find an answer to this question. I just received my new Boxed version of Movie Edit Pro Premium. It appears that my computer won't read the disc. Ok, I'm thinking I need a new CD/DVD drive so I ordered one.

My questions: Rather than wait a week for the dvd drive to arrive, can I download & install the software using my box version key code/serial numbers? Same question for the extras that go with the program? Will I miss out on anything that might be on the disc? Would the trial version download work with the box serial numbers? Or do I just have to wait for the dvd drive to get here? 😏

I solved everything. Used my code for the trial version. Took a while to install everything extras & all but I got it done. Still gotta wait to see if dvd issue is solved.

Your post, unfortunately, is asking a very different question to the one that started this thread so should be posted to a new thread. Please do this, thank you, taking care to include a lot more detail, e.g. which version and variant of MEP, bought from where, when, etc., etc.?
