This is a user forum not Magix support, comments like that are unecessary.

Do you mean registration or activation - the fact that it is already registered makes no difference.  The number of times you have already activated does.  You are limited to 3 activaions after which you must contact sales at Magix to get the activation counter reset.

Thank you, johnebaker for this answer. I was actually looking for update files for MEP17+, and I now think that because certain factors caused me to re-install this package for a 3rd time, I will need to contact sales dept. to get this counter reset. I cannot get the online updates anymore so I am now ondering if getting the counter reset will allow me to do so, as I am having problems without the updates.
