Reinstalled Movie Studio Platinum 16 to the same computer as before uninstalling. In activation, serial number, e-mail address were required, which were entered (serial #, the one shown in my registration record today), and the yellow "activate" button pressed. Response after a while says "The serial number you entered is invalid or may apply to another product. .. If the problem persists, you can get help on the support website. Error code: -14" Tried the sequence a few times to no avail. I am lost!
