Recommended 1080P render setting(s) for Blu-Ray

Hi friends, Having nightmare trying to render my 1080P/30fps project. Have tried rendering it as both a mpeg4 and mjpeg file, but always crashes near the end of the render. The movie is just over 90min long, and only uses 4 tracks on timeline. Would it be beneficial to set the movie properties timeline to 4 to save it rendering empty tracks or trying to etc? PC Spec : AMD A8 4.2Ghz Quad Core 8GB RAM Windows 7 64-bit AMD Radeon HD6000 Series 2GB Card Any help most appreciated, Cheers! Dan, Wales, UK.

Hi

The error log produced by the crash should tell us at which stage the crash occurs - until we know this piece of information there is no way to tell what caused the error.

Try burning again, selecting the Image Recorder instead of your BD drive, if it crashes open the crash log and copy the section from where it starts the Burn process up to the crash and post it here note we only need the information for the burn that caused the latest crashed - the log will contain many entries for burns you have made.
