Recording from VHS

Hi,

When choosing VHS at recording (Rescue your video tapes is attached), the message "The device is currently not supported" and "Could not connect to selected device" is popping up. Think this problem arrived when my computer updated to win 11. Do I need an updated driver?

That's the first thing I would suspect. In fact, that would have been the first thing I would have tried.

I agree with @Former user, it is possible that Windows 11 has replaced the drivers for the USB device with a more generic driver.

See this article and download the correct driver for the colour of USB converter you have,

Note: if the converter is marked K0065 or K0067 use the Premium driver
