Red - Blue color effect

I quite like the red - blue color effect they use in the clips on the product page for Video Pro X. I assume it's something we can do in video pro x ourselves. I had a play around with a few of the effects but can't quite nail it. Any tips or names for what that pronounced 2 color effect is called?

Try the NewBlue Colorize effect - from the testing I have done I have found that the effect is best on night shots that are very close to what you see in the video.
