Regarding selling of tracks made on Music maker Jam

Hi, I understand this question has been asked several times, and i do apologise for asking again, however what i am asking is if i purchase Audio Pro unlimited licence for example 90's eurodance which i have already paid for and are commercially licenced to, from music maker jam, does this mean that i can then make tracks with this soundpool genre using all loops and instruments and sell them legally?

I am looking for a simple yes or no answer on this one, as this is what i beleive to be true.

Thanks

Baz

Hey Baz,

None of us here are lawyers, nor do we work for Magix.  My simple opinion would be that if you have purchased the unlimited licence and it allows for commercial use then I would say "yes".  You really need to read the license agreement (EULA) and decide the best way to proceed.  If you do not understand the agreement, then consult a lawyer in the country where you live.  If the license does not cover what you want to do, is Magix likely to sue you?  Probably not unless you make millions on of it, and even then, if you live in the US that professional license and the additional money you paid for it are not likely to make you be liable in most US courts (especially if the wording is vague and/or you live in Califronia).  Again, my personal opinion is that if you hold the unlimited professional license, you are very likely OK, unless you use the material for something illegal, but again, this is just my opinion.

Hey George,

Thanks for that mate it's sort of the answer I'm looking for, I appreciate none of you are lawyers or work for magix, I have read the Eula professional but I just wanted to be sure. Unless a magix rep answers this post I say what will be will be.

Cheers mate
