I was trying to reinstall an old version of Family Movie Creator that I have, but your system won't recognize my Serial Number or activation code. The system shows that I did at one time register everything, but when I look for updates it send me to the register area and that is as far as I get. Please either give me access to system updates and other files, or send me new and updated software. Thank you.

Please note this is a user to user forum so it is not 'our system'.
Given the age of this product, it is from around 2006 or earlier, it is well past it support date.
While the system may show that the software was registered, the updates and downloads for it are no longer available.
The only option is to buy a newer version which is now called Movie Edit Pro, however the computer system requirements are much more demanding then Movie Creator.
