I need help.

I can’t load the programs don my desk top it said error 14. Serial number used,

I brought movie 17

i wa told I could load it laptop and desk topi by mistake I loader Lao top first but I wanted it on desk top it it won’t accept serial number

the 3 top icons loaded fine

however the bottom 4 will not work error cold 14 on all
 

I have loaded them and removed them and reloaded them
 

just can’t get these to load an you please help me
