@Relayer74 It's explained step-by-step there:

Log into the service center on vegascreativesoftware.com

Click "create activation code"

Type in the serial number for the SCS era software

Type in the computer ID provided by the SCS era software when prompted

Copy and paste the activation code provided into the field in the SCS era app prompt.

@Relayer74 I assume you used a different e-mail address in the past? The license might be bound to your old Sony customer account e-mail address. All customer accounts where transferred from Sony to Magix. So you need to login with your old e-mail and password.

I'm pretty sure I have used the same email since the beginning

@Relayer74 I suggest you contact customer support at infoservice@magix.net

You'll first get a response from the AI customer support bot. Make sure you respond to it or select that it answer didn't help. It needs to know that you want help from a human support staff member. After that the bot should forward you to a staff member. But it can take some days until you'll get s response. Maybe Monday or Tuesday.
