Hi. Does anybody know of an up to date valid phone number I can use, to talk to someone at Magix, about getting unlocked, so I can register the pro 13 software that I've downloaded from the disc. All I'm getting is "Error"- please try again later.

Do you mean Movie Edit Pro 13 or one of the Vegas products from Magix?
If a Vegas product see the topic THIS IS NOT THE VEGAS FORUM . . . at the top of the video forum here.
If you are referring to Movie Edit Pro 13 then if you are using Windows 10 then it is not compatible with this version of Windows.
If neither of the above then we need the full name of the program you are trying to register and the version of Windows you are using - see this topic for details for more details.

There is no direct telephone support number for any Magix product; the system is via a Support ticket.
First, can you confirm that you are attempting to register Movie Edit Pro 13? Which variant? Or are you actually trying to register Vegas Pro 13?
Movie Edit Pro 13 is now rather old and may not run properly under any recent Windows.
Vegas Pro 13 is one of the Magix Vegas range and has its own forum as shown by this pinned post at the head of this forum.

Apologies, I put in to Google Magix forums, and this one came up second on the list.
As you asked, my problem is trying to register the vegas pro 13 software I've installed from the disc into the laptop.
