When I did this recently I had to disable Acid on one machine then enable it on the new machine, the license is for one machine only.

NC1, I think you maybe mistake. When you buy AP (or any Magix audio or video program) it let's you install it on 2 computers. I had AP8 on 2 different computer and now have AP10 on 2 different computers. Cheers

Thank you for your suggestions. I fixed the problem by switching browsers. This problems was happening with the Edge browser. When I switched to Chrome everything worked just fine.
