Rendered version doesn't include zoom edits

Hello,

I'm new to this, so I apologise in advance if I don't make any sense!

I'm using movie edit pro premium 2014

I've created a video and have used the zoom function to slowly zoom into people's faces. When I watch the video in the preview, it all works fine.

However, when I publish the movie; the zoom isn't there. It just jumps staight to the end point of the zoom.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Thanks in advance

Lewis

Hi Lewis,

Hard to say for sure without a fuller description of exactly what you're doing. If you play your movie and you're seeing the zoom effect you applied then the exported movie should also play it faithfully. I'd suggest the areas to focus on first are:

1. Have you set the zoom with key frames in Movement effects > Size/Position correctly?

2. Have you ensured that the setting Export selected range only is not enabled (or is enabled, and the range  does include the zoomed object)?

Of course, I'm assuming that you're not so new that you're merely sliding the zoom control and assuming that applies the effect?

Did you just lose interest or solve the problem and couldn't be bothered to let us know?
