Since you have these numbers you must have received email acknowledgements of receipt of the Support Tickets requests. Did you carefully read the emails, where you are told that you may reply directly to each one if you wish to add any further information? Have you done so, even if it is to merely ask for a progress report?
In my experience, depending upon the complexity of the issue you raise, some kind of reply is usually made within a few days, at most.
