Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff and hence, no-one who posts here can help you, sorry.

It might be helpful if you were to tell us exactly which codec(s) you need to activate, but I suspect your only option is to email infoservice@magix.net and ask for their assistance.

. . . . Kindly assist with the activation code for my product (Movie Edit Pro 17). I have an new PC and need to use the program, but it says that I have to activate the codex. I do not want to pay for the activation again . . . .

Is the program installed on Windows 10?

If so please note that Movie Edit Pro 17 is not compatible with Windows 10, to the point where it rendered my MEP 17 non functional.

If the same happens with your installation then unfortunately you will have to purchase a Windows 10 compatible version of the program.
