Rewire error message in Music Maker 2013 Premium

Hi,maybe someone out there can help.When I try and activate the Rewire function in Music Maker 2013 Premium I get an error message "Unable to open Rewire subsystem error : 100" Has anyone experienced this?

I have had the exact same problem- installed my new MM premium and wanted to use it with Reason- this is why i bought the software really. I need to know how this can be fixed too. :(
