Rotate. OS: Windows 10

I would like to rotate an entire video clip. When I select rotate vertically it rotates each frame but doesnt change the order of the frames. I want to run the whole clip backward in reverse, so the last frame becomes the first etc.

To reverse the video you need the Effects, Video Effects, Speed, Reversed option checked - leave all other speed settings as they are if you want it tporun at the same speed backwards as it does forwards.
