has anyone had a problem calling the Magix sales support telephone number? it is 305-722-5810.. It is not working and I get cut off every time.. You would think if they want to sell a product they would have their phones up and running for questions on a product before purchasing??

Still the same thing with 1-305-722-5810. And it is a problem. I have saved software in the Magix website but am afraid to upgrade because I cannot get any phone support for what I am currently not able to install.

Unfortunately, some telephone lines (including that US sales line) are currently not available, due to some major technical problem at an external provider for our VoIP system. This is being worked on, but we cannot say for sure when everything will be back on track. There have also been some issues in the aftermath of us moving offices and completely retooling our IT and telephone infrastructure in the past few weeks. Our recommendation would be to raise an e-mail ticket with sales via our support website (http://support.magix.net). Our offices are not staffed on the weekends, but, other than that, you can expect a very timely response from sales. Thanks for your understanding.
Thanks for the heads up but it would have been good to let us know this as it was happening. It is easy to post something on social media, here on this forum and your website. Don't be lazy!
