Samplitude Suite Won't Activate

I ordered the Samplitude 5 Suite upgrade. It came without a serial number which I guess is supposed to be on the sleeve. I tried to activate it using the serial number that came with the email I got from Magix when I placed the order, but it gave me a -14 error. I feel like I got ripped of of $200. Please help. My original (basic version) of Samplitude works fine but I can't use the Suite.

@crovo3 Hello. Please be sure you use the correct serial number for the correct software. Error 14 often appears if there are multiple serials but the wrong one is used for the software. For example the non-suite serial will likely not work with the suite version.

I would love to use the correct serial number. Can you send it to me? As I said above, there was no serial number on the sleeve of my CD when I received it.
