ME PRO 2015/win 10/Desktop-
I installed this when I had WIN7. After upgrade to 10, Not getting window frame for studio. All 3 windows are mobile. There is not a frame for file saving or export options. I tried re-installing from disk-no change. See images.
Matthew, it could be a compatibility issue with Win 10 but I have run MEP 2016 on a Win 10 system with no issues.
Some things to try:
-F9, which is reset window arrangement to standard.
-Drag each of the MEP sub-windows out of the way; the main menu screen might be behind/hidden.
-Increase the resolution of your Windows desktop to give you more screen "real estate". Users have had issues with the MEP windows on laptops with smallish screens that are less than HD ie 1902x1080.
-Log in to your Magix account at Magix.com, go to My Products and download the latest installer for your MEP 2015. It may be an updated version compared to your disk version.
-Run MEP in Windows 7 compatibility mode: find the videodeluxe.exe file in Program Files\Magix and in Properties, go to the Compatibility tab.
