Hi and welcome to the forum.

We need more information - your computer specification, Windows and the version of Movie Edit Pro that you are using - see this topic for more details of what is required.

Additionally please give more information on how and to what type of object ie video clip, image, title etc that you are trying to cut, are you selecting the clip before cutting and are you zoomed in enough to see if the object has been cut?.
