Hi,

It depends on the quality that you want and on what the video will be viewed.

You didn't indicate if you are on PAL or NTSC.

DVD quality format is 704x480 for PAL and 720x480 for NTSC and this should be acceptable.

You can always go for the next highest resolution, 1280 x 720, which has the same proportions as your capture. This is probably the most suitable. Set your project to that when you open it, and then when you drag in the first screen capture clip, you may get a message asking if you want to adjust the format. That is when you can decide.

Try each to see which works best for you.

Remember that you can enlarge a video (like zooming), but you can't increase the quality.
