Serial Information is not showing up in the My Products.

Hi Magix Staff,

I'm also new in the forms and this is my first time posting here. I'm having an issue. I go to my vegascreativesoftware.com to access my account. I click "My Account" and I click "My Products". I don't see my Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 11.0 and "Registration date" listed in the "My Product" Section. I see my "VEGAS Pro 18 Trial" with the registration date included with it in the page. But not my Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 11.0 information...?

 

 

So I decide to click the "Register A Product".I put in all the correct information in "Serial Number" and "Place of purchase". I even open my program Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 11.0 to get my serial number. So I get all the information and I enter all the correct information in. Then this comes up "Serial number already used. The serial number you entered has already been used. You may have already registered. Registering again is not necessary. If you have any questions, please contact out technical support team http://support.magix.net". Ok, so now I'm getting worried because something is wrong and it's not showing up.

 

 

So I click the link and I try the Customer Support Ticket option. But unfortunately, I was unable to get threw because I don't understand why the link was not sending me to buy a voucher?. I'm not even sure if anyone will contact me from there now because I don't know if my request went threw to them or not. Keep in mind, I'm new to this website and the form page.

So I come on here on the forms because I figured this was my only last way to get in contact with someone. So my question is "Why isn't my product information not showing in the "My Products" section in "My Account"?

And also would you or technical support be able to fix this issue in my account, so that my Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 11.0 information shows up in the "My product" section in "My Account? It would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry for the trouble and I hope I'm posting in the right section.

Hi and welcome to the forum albeit the wrong one.

Try going to magix.com and login with your account details you registered the software with to see if they are their.

For future posts, or if the above does not work, Vegas products have their own forum see the Important posts at the topic of this forum.
