Hi

Are you entering the serial number in full including the prefix P3- ?

Is the serial number you are using for the product and version you are trying to activate, eg you cannot activate Movie Studio 2023 with an earlier version, eg MovieStudio 18, serial number.

it dont allow me to use P3- as i am copy pasting the serial no. from the email and the tick mark shows green aswell

also the product purchased is the MAGIX Movie Studio 2023 Suite. clicked on the download link provided in the same email which gave me the serial no.

Yes I put all the numbers including the pain and P3 and the rest of the numbers and sure did also it is showing a error code of 11 on the boxes and it will not let me log in or create an account or anything get him give me another code nobody's responding back to me
