Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff and no-one here can send you any serial number, sorry.

However, you can go to your Magix account, log in, go to My products, find the listing for whichever Magix product you have (which is it, by the way?) and you will see there your serial number.
