From where did you recover this?

What is the file name of the installer?

Are you getting Error -14 when trying to activate the program? If so then the program version you are trying to activate is not the one for the serial number you have.

You can get the correct installer for MEP from your account at magix.com.

Select the My Account icon

Login with the email address and password used to register the software, select My Products

There you will find your registered product(s) with an installer download link and the serial number, you can also de-activate the old installation as well.

The screenshot you show suggests you did not register your purchase of MEP, hence the fact that there is no "My Products".

Where did you originally buy the app, direct from Magix or elsewhere, and was it a brand new copy when you purchased it?

As @johnebaker asked, what is the exact wording of the error message you see when you enter the serial number?

Did you follow the article @PATIENT-X  linked to in his post above?

If so you would have ended up at this screen

This does not email the request to Magix, the request enters the Support system directly and you get an acknowledgement by auto respond email as shown below with instructions of what to do if the suggested fixes, if any, in the email are not relevant.

ok so i found the Solution i needed but i don't have idea what email i may of registered it under except the one i use often is there a way to figure it out? if i put the email in will it fix this issue?

@Nick-Giaquinto If you use the same serial number and e-mail you used in the past for registering your software it should work even if the mail doesn't exist anymore. If you remember your mail you can also go to Magix.com and log into your user account with the mail you remembered and your password. I hope you will remember it, too. In your user account you can change your mail to your currently used mail.

There is no-one to talk to, sorry. The only possible contact is via email to infoservice@magix.net, giving as much detail as you can about the problem

It is always the user's responsibility to note and remember email addresses and passwords for account and software access!
