@JD-Langeman Have you checked your order confirmation email?
I’m in a similar situation but I was rebuilding my studio, 6 months later I try to install Sound Forge 18 pro and I can’t find the confirmation activation email. I’ve tried creating a service ticket but it’s been a month with no contact whatsoever. Is this normal because it’s pretty sad.

The problem is I can’t find that original email. It just vanished after 6 months. I sent another request today and actually got an AI email how to find the activation codes. We will see if it helps. Thx for your input JD
I only got a voucher number with the CD from Amazon. I followed the process of creating a username and password. I registered the product. I was sent the serial number in an email. Everything worked and stopped asking for a serial number a month later. I get a message now requesting an email and serial number, then I get an error 24. I still cannot get in touch will anyone but still trying. The serial number is not on the CD from Amazon.
@jesse-b Error 24 usually appears if you try to enter an e-mail address which is not the e-mail address of your Magix customer account.
But rarely this can also happen if you enter the correct e-mail address. In that case, please visit Magix.com and log into your customer account. Look under 'My Products' for your software details and deactivate the installation on your current computer. After that you should be able to activate it again on your computer.
