i have ordered the video pro software and have it downloaded, but cannot use it because my serial number does not open and finish the job. I am getting NO help and very frustrated. I would like an answer from someone today, please!

Please give more details about what you mean when you write my serial number does not open. Also, can you confirm you have ordered and downloaded Magix Video Pro X and not one of the Vegas range of products?
Serial keys begin with P3, followed by a series of characters. If yours does not begin with P3 it is almost certainly a voucher code, in which case, please view the information on this page.
Also, if you receive an error message when attempting to use your key, please quote its wording in full or supply a screenshot of it. Thank you.
