Serial number was not supplied with CD in mail!

Chris-Raymond wrote on 6/29/2021, 10:01 AM

I ordered a movie edit pro 17 CD a while back and there is no serial number on the cd or sleeve. My name is printed on the cd and it even has an order number on it. I no longer have the old email, so activating it is becoming an aggravating situation! How do I send Magix a message or give them my old email so they can send activation serial number? Does anyone have a code I can use? This is AWFUL that they don't have a way to contact them! Tacky! Someone please help me! Thanks!

@Chris-Raymond You can just use your old e-mail. Go to https://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/ enter your old e-mail and password and look the serial number up under "My Products". You can also change the e-mail address in the account settings.

If you don't remember your old e-mail and password you need to contact customer support at infoservice@magix.net with your details and order number.

Hi

. . . .  My name is printed on the cd and it even has an order number on it. . . . .

Where did you buy this from?

None of my boxed copies of Movie Edit Pro had any personalisation on them and the serial number was on the disc sleeve in the box. If yours was not bought direct from Magix this would suggest you have a fake or cracked copy of the program.

Do be aware that MEP 17 is a very old version and if you are installing on Windows 10 it may not run correctly - Windows 10 killed all versions of my MEP installs up to and including MEP MX.
