What version of Ozone 8?

I had the same problem when I updated Oz.8.01 to 8.02. With Oz.8.01 I have worked without problems.

What OS are you using? Also, I use SFAS 14 and I didn't even know it supported 32-bit plug-ins. Could you possibly be facing an issue with file size?

Windows 10.

Yes, Ozone 8 by 32 bits, and SF supports.

No, the file sizes are not large, the tracks are 3 minutes long.

Have you tried the 64-bit version of the Ozone plug-in to see if that works?

My Windows is 32 bit. Because of this, I was unable to purchase Ozone 9.

This is answer:

"Greetings from Sound Forge Support,

Thank you for contacting us.  Please forgive me for writing in English--my Russian is not so good!  This error message is normally related to one of two things:

1)  It is often a sign that Windows Updates need to be run to correct a file that has become corrupted in the operating system.  Please check to make sure you are running the latest Windows update.

and/or

2)  It could be that a file within the program itself has become corrupted.  A clean uninstall/reinstall normally fixes errors like these.  In this case, I would recommend using the Revo uninstaller.  Revo is a third-party uninstaller that specializes in removing all files of a program so that no corrupted files remain in the system that could interfere with future updates or programs.  You can get the free version from the Revo website.  You simply open Revo, select Sound Forge, and click Uninstall.  Revo will uninstall it, then ask you if you want to scan for leftover files.  Select 'Advanced' scan, and when it shows you the leftover files, be sure to click 'Select All' and 'Delete'...when all of the leftover files are gone, click Finish, and all is done.  Then reinstall the program (making sure that any antivirus software you may be running is turned off) and all should work fine. Revo gets recommended a lot around here. I use Geek myself.
