Shaky Playback

I know this is a topic that has been covered before, but I'm still having problems and I 'm not technical savvy. I'm using Movie Edit Pro Premium 2020 on a Dell computer, windows 10. The playback is incredibly shaky. It has never not been shaky since I downloaded the program 3 weeks ago. The program is up to date, there's nothing playing in the background, generating proxy files is checked, the lightening bolt is turned on with everything checked... no change

Hi Tracy.

So my five to one shot for female was on the money 😀.

As per John EBs' suggestion earlier you could try converting one of the problem files with the free Handbrake program and then see if it plays OK within MEP. It should give the file a better internal structure MEP can handle and stop the shaky looking footage. For future recordings look here and take notice of how to set up Bandicam for video editing programs. You need to set it up in accordance to parts 3 and 4 of the instructions. Then you should not have any future problems with the files. Or at least the files will be one less problem to iron out. Will have to see. Part four is only necessary if your computer is not really powerful to capture the screen properly. This may be the whole root cause of the problems you have.Video recording is very demanding of the hardware and much more demanding than playing it back.
