Am I the only one this happens to? I'll have multiple video and audio tracks in the timeline. I'll scroll down to a track, click on it to edit it, and wham, my view instantaneously shifts upward and the track I wanted to edit is no longer in view.

Has anyone else encountered this? How do I avoid it? Thanks for your help.
