Hi,

To slow down your clip, select it, then go to "effects" then "video effects" scroll down to "speed" and adjust it to the speed you want.

To add to George's instructions, the speed range is limited if you keep the audio track grouped with your video. If these are separated you can go as far as you want.

Curious; did you have a look in the Help file or the PDF manual?

And another important bit - check the option Interpolate intermediate images - this will give a much smoother slomo effect.
