Software Activation Issue

When I launch the software, The splash screen shows that I have not yet entered a serial number. I click on the button to enter a serial number, but it does not work. I paid for the full version and have the serial number. I have the product on my list but below it shows that neither of the two activations are in use. Is there an alternate route to activating my software?

@fred-slocombe Music Maker 2023 is only bound to your user account and not to your computer. This means it doesn't use installation slots. You just need to enter your e-mail and password to use it. The option to enter a serial number is always visible because you can also enter serial numbers of other Music Maker versions and Samplitude Music Studio to unlock Vita Instruments in the in-app-shop.
