I was notified that registration has been completed. However, none of the software functions as it continues to ask for an access code. I have purchased the video software in the past with no issues. This time I feel like I have completed wasted my money and have been taken advantage of.
What are you attempting to do that causes it to ask for an “access code”?
Exactly what access code is it asking for.
If this is MEP 2022, then your serial number would have been sent to you via email. When I upgraded from MEP 2020 Premium to MEP 2022 Premium I was given a new serial number. I have had zero issues using MEP 2022 Premium since. Everything just worked.
