Can you expand on 'running way slow' - eg slow to start up, slow when playing back the timeline - a screen shot of the full timeline and how many tracks are in use would help.

Kan du utvide på 'kjører langt sakte' - f.eks sakte å starte opp, sakte når du spiller av tidslinjen - et skjermbilde av hele tidslinjen og hvor mange spor som er i bruk vil hjelpe.

Virker som at Music Maker har problemer med å logge inn til kontoen min hos Magix, tar 10 minutter før jeg blir logget inn men alt går fremdeles sakte, dette med bare 1 spor kjørende og alle funksjoner.

What is your computer spec? Please give us full details of the hardware and the amount of free space you have on your hard drive(s). Also, exactly which build of MM 2022 do you have?

Is McAfee or Norton antivirus program installed and being used?

From very recent experience, with an AMD Ryzen 5 5500U powered Lenovo with McAfee installed, I would recommend uninstalling the 3rd party AV and use Windows Defender.

I dag har jeg sett nærmere på hva som skjer når MM starter, jeg ser nå i TaskManager at MM stopper å svare (stop responding) når den laster New.mmm altså når den setter opp start prosjektet, det er ett programfeil og ikke konfigurasjon eller windows feil, dette startet etter siste oppgradering av MM

Jeg tror disse problemene er forårsaket av Windows 11. Datamaskinen ble opprinnelig ikke solgt med Windows 11 som operativsystem. Det kan være driverproblemer. Music Maker er ikke fullt ut kompatibel med Windows 11 ennå.

 

I think these problems are caused by Windows 11. Your computer wasn't originally sold with Windows 11 as its operating system. There could be driver problems. Music Maker isn't fully compatible with Windows 11, yet.

@Gunnar-Petersen And what changed? Was an Windows 11 update installed that causes this problem? Then uninstall the Windows update. What this problem caused by the latest Music Maker update? Then install an older version.

@Gunnar-Petersen Yes, in the last days Magix support answered that this problem is caused by an internal change of the program code. You can ask support at infoservice@magix.net for a beta patch to help solve this issue so you don't need to wait for the next official patch.
