I have updated to MAGIX Movie Edit Pro (v.20.0.1.73) and I cannot get some transitions to work. For example Scroll from 3D Morph Basic (this was working before). Others like "Bottom circle" from Movements Basic are working fine.

I'm sorry but I cannot duplicate this problem Transitions \3D Morph Basic \ Scroll and all the others are working fine at my end.
Could you please list your complete system specs as requested in the forum rules and guidelines as this may help us pinpoint the problem.
For others looking at this at present I'm thinking 3D shaders problem but need specs to confirm.

Hi @CubeAce. My system has Windows 7 Professional, Service Pack 1. It is a Lenvo Thinkpad with i5 at 2.30GHz and 8GB RAM.

Specifications state MEP that the current version of Movie Edit Pro needs to run on at least Windows 8.1 or higher. It is not Win 7 fully compatible.
If your laptop is this one the processor is two cores short of minimum requirements and has no Graphics chip that MEP 2021 can use for hardware acceleration. If by some miracle MEP 2021 is working then I suggest you try turning off any hardware accelerated options in the program settings and and disable the Intel GPU and use Video for Windows instead of any use of Direct X. That may work but probably not.

See this comment (3rd paragraph onwards) regarding the use of a generation 5 intel processor that has a built in GPU.
What is the full specification of the Lenovo laptop - see this topic for details required.
Also check which version of Direct X is installed - hold won the Windows key and press R, in the dialog that opens enter dxdiag and click OK, on the Display 1 tab you should require features 11.2 or greater available as shown below.
