Sort Royalty Free Soundpools

AetherLiger wrote on 1/5/2021, 12:32 PM

I have a mixed library of "non-commercial" and "royalty-free" soundpools in my library. I tend to use both for personal use but is quite bothersome to look at an outside list if I want to make a music with only royalty-free songs.

What I want to know if there is a way to sort them out inside music maker without or uninstalling the "non-commercial" songs looking at an external cheat sheet where I mark in which category is a specific soundpool.

*Using the latest updated version of MM.

Thanks!

@AetherLiger Sadly there is no way to sort the Soundpools by commercial or non-commercial.

Hi,

Semantics, but all Magix Soundpools are "Royalty-free." There are commercial and non-commercial licenses.

There is something that you can do, but I don't recommend it.

Change the name of the commercial Soundpools by appending something like (Com) then scan them again. This way you can at least see which are the ones with the commercial license.
