I just purchased version 17, for my new Dell XPS 13 laptop (windows 11), and it will not load beyond the image. I emailed for support but the company is ignoring my emails. Any help please? May need to claim the money back through the credit card.
I'm having the same except robot replies. I have ACID PRO 11 doesn't startup, I have Vegas Pro 23.0 doesn't startup I have Soundforge Pro 18 works except white noise in tracks, that also happens on the Movie Studio. I've has the software 3 days now. It was all working and now not. No human replies. I still have 11 days to get a refund. Mmmmm I wonder what I'll doo. Refund is looking favourite. And I'l go back to my trusty old W7 machine.
By the way I bought the Vegas Pro Suite 23 package. So far there is nothing pro about any of it.
Sound Forge Audio Studio 17 installs the Magix Low Latency ASIO audio driver which is an old version of ASIO4ALL.
This old version of ASIO4ALL seems to be incompatible with modern devices. You can uninstall it with the following steps:
press the Windows key + R on your computer keyboard, and type REGEDIT in the Open field and press Enter. This opens the Windows Registry Editor.
Then navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > ASIO > Magix Low Latency 2016:
Now, simply right click the Magix Low Latency 2016 folder, and delete it. Be careful not to edit or to delete anything else!
Then restart your computer. Please select the Restart option and not the Shut down option.
