Does the error message appear only with SFACL or does it also appear when attempting to run other, even non-Magix apps? I ask because a quick search on that error code led to this Microsoft Community Support page, which clearly suggests this is a system problem. I suggest you read all the information on that page and perhaps try the solutions offered. Certainly the SFC (System File Checker) is a very good place to start.
