Sound Forge audio studio 14 - doesn't display the proper menu

My "Tools" menu doesn't reveal the list of features. I get: "Burn Track-at-Once Audio CD" "Audio Restoration" "Vinyl Recording and Restoration" "Statistics". Please, how to I get the proper drop-down menu? Thanks.

@David-Parry Search and/or peruse this forum for an answer.. I am not familiar with AS (Audio Studio) but see this very recent SF Pro thread for clues.
